Then comes the real fun. You will begin trekking uphill for about 3 hours through a beautiful jungle that offers serene, natural surroundings for you to enjoy. Your destination? The highest peak, standing at 2,300 meters. Here, you will have lunch while relishing the breathtaking views and refreshing air at such a high altitude. Your day will then continue with a 3-hour trek to a Karen hill tribe village, where you will have dinner and spend the night.

Day 2: Journey through Beautiful Scenery and Hill Tribe Life

Exploring the Beautiful Jungle and Waterfalls

Day 2 begins with a hearty breakfast to fuel you for the trek ahead. This day’s journey will take you through more beautiful jungle scenery as you make your way towards a waterfall. After 3 hours of trekking, you'll have lunch at this beautiful spot and, if you wish, take a refreshing swim in the clear, cool water.

A Visit to Shan Village and Return to Chiang Mai

Post-lunch, your journey continues with a 2-3 hour trek to a Shan village. This portion of your trek will offer a fascinating insight into the lives and cultures of Thailand's hill tribes. After exploring the Shan village, you'll then return to Chiang Mai, arriving around 6.00 p.m.
